The rubber elastic cord contained in a safety sheath is equipped with carabiners for anchoring at both ends, and the athlete hooks onto it at hip level with the traction belt provided, which has a maximum circumference of 140 cm.

The length of the elastic cord allows the dynamic characteristics of the system to be fully exploited, with great flexibility in performing the exercises, for a complete workout.
